Baglioni Hotel Regina occupies a late 19th-century palace on Via Veneto, moments from the gardens of Villa Borghese. Queen Margherita of Savoy lived here while Palazzo Margherita across the street was completed, and the hotel carries her name. Its 114 rooms and suites, recently renewed with Molteni&C furnishings, run from Superior rooms to the Margherita Terrace Suite and the Roman Penthouse, with its 290 square metre terrace over the city. Caffè Baglioni, with marble floors and a crystal chandelier, hosts private events for up to 100 guests, and the Primiera restaurant and bar serves modern Roman cuisine.
