About the Resort

Club Med Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort on the Caribbean coast, about 10 minutes from Punta Cana airport. Rooms range from Superior and Deluxe to the adults-only Zen Oasis, with junior suites around a lagoon pool, and the Exclusive Collection Space with suites and premium services. Dining covers more than 10 world cuisines, and the resort has a Club Med Spa by Cinq Mondes, a water park and kids clubs for ages 0 to 17. Weddings are held at Chez Bisutti, a dedicated venue run by the Italian wedding house Bisutti, with ceremonies on the beach a few steps away.

Do I need a visa to travel to the Dominican Republic?

U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require a visa to enter the Dominican Republic for tourism stays of up to 30 days. A valid passport is required at entry.

What are the passport validity requirements?

Your passport must be valid for the entire length of your stay in the Dominican Republic. We recommend at least 6 months of validity beyond your return date.

Is travel insurance required?

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. It must be bought at the time of booking or within 48 hours after your reservation. Please note that your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes can be made.

When will my e-tickets and travel documents be issued?

E-documents are typically issued 5-7 business days prior to your travel date. Once we receive the tickets, we will send them directly to the email address provided during booking.

When I make my reservation, what will appear on my credit card statement?

By completing your reservation, you are authorizing DreamWed to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as either the specific airline/supplier or DreamWed.

How do I complete my booking?

To complete your booking, simply click the "Book Now" button on the resort page and follow the instructions, or reach out to your DreamWed concierge who will process the reservation on your behalf.
