Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

Dreams·Mexico·2–300 guests

About the Resort

Dreams Riviera Cancun sits on a broad beach on the Riviera Maya, close enough to Cancún International for a straightforward transfer while avoiding the density of the Hotel Zone. At 486 rooms it is large enough to absorb a substantial room block without the sprawl of the mega-resorts, and its white beachfront gazebo is among the most recognisable ceremony settings in the Dreams portfolio. Unlimited-Luxury dining across à la carte restaurants, with both family programming and adults-only Preferred Club areas.

Wedding Planning Notes

A reliable middle option: big enough for a real room block, close enough to CUN for an easy transfer, and the gazebo photographs well enough that couples often choose it from pictures alone. Confirm the indoor backup space early — this coast gets afternoon rain in season.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a visa to travel to Cancún / Mexico?

No, U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require a visa to enter Mexico for tourism or short-term stays of up to 180 days.

What are the passport validity requirements?

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date. Many countries will not allow entry if your passport is set to expire within 6 months of your final travel day.

Is travel insurance required?

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. It must be bought at the time of booking or within 48 hours after your reservation. Please note that your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes can be made.

When will my e-tickets and travel documents be issued?

E-documents are typically issued 5-7 business days prior to your travel date. Once we receive the tickets, we will send them directly to the email address provided during booking.

When I make my reservation, what will appear on my credit card statement?

By completing your reservation, you are authorizing DreamWed to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as either the specific airline/supplier or DreamWed.

How do I complete my booking?

To complete your booking, simply click the "Book Now" button on the resort page and follow the instructions, or reach out to your DreamWed concierge who will process the reservation on your behalf.
