About the Resort
Dreams Vallarta Bay is a beachfront all-inclusive in Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone with 327 rooms looking over Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre. It has seven restaurants, four bars, several pools and the Pevonia Spa. The resort is joined to the adults-only Secrets Vallarta Bay, so groups can use event spaces on both properties. It is about 20 minutes from the airport and close to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Do I need a visa to travel to Cancún / Mexico?
No, U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require a visa to enter Mexico for tourism or short-term stays of up to 180 days.
What are the passport validity requirements?
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date. Many countries will not allow entry if your passport is set to expire within 6 months of your final travel day.
Is travel insurance required?
While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. It must be bought at the time of booking or within 48 hours after your reservation. Please note that your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes can be made.
When will my e-tickets and travel documents be issued?
E-documents are typically issued 5-7 business days prior to your travel date. Once we receive the tickets, we will send them directly to the email address provided during booking.
When I make my reservation, what will appear on my credit card statement?
By completing your reservation, you are authorizing DreamWed to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as either the specific airline/supplier or DreamWed.
How do I complete my booking?
To complete your booking, simply click the "Book Now" button on the resort page and follow the instructions, or reach out to your DreamWed concierge who will process the reservation on your behalf.
