Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet occupies the former Sultanahmet prison, a neoclassical building from 1918 that opened as a hotel in 1996 and was refurbished in 2023. Its 65 rooms and suites are arranged around an open courtyard garden in the Old City, close to the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace.
