About the Resort
Hilton Cancun is an all-inclusive family resort south of the Hotel Zone, about 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport. It has around 715 rooms on 100 acres of Mayan coastline behind a mangrove preserve, five specialty restaurants, a spa and a health club. The 68,000 sq ft of event space includes an arena and ballroom for very large groups, plus beach, amphitheater and terrace ceremony spots. Weddings can range from 2 to 1,000 guests.

Do I need a visa to travel to Cancún / Mexico?
No, U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require a visa to enter Mexico for tourism or short-term stays of up to 180 days.
What are the passport validity requirements?
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date. Many countries will not allow entry if your passport is set to expire within 6 months of your final travel day.
Is travel insurance required?
While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. It must be bought at the time of booking or within 48 hours after your reservation. Please note that your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes can be made.
When will my e-tickets and travel documents be issued?
E-documents are typically issued 5-7 business days prior to your travel date. Once we receive the tickets, we will send them directly to the email address provided during booking.
When I make my reservation, what will appear on my credit card statement?
By completing your reservation, you are authorizing DreamWed to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as either the specific airline/supplier or DreamWed.
How do I complete my booking?
