Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana

Hyatt·Dominican Republic·2–200 guests

About the Resort

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is the adults-only half of a paired resort on Juanillo Beach, widely considered the best stretch of sand in Cap Cana — soft white sand and unusually clear, calm water. The tone is quieter and more design-led than the big family resorts: infinity pools, swim-up suites and elevated dining. Because it connects to the family-friendly Hyatt Ziva, wedding groups can use shared event spaces and put guests with children next door while keeping the adults-only experience intact, which is the single most useful thing about it for a mixed guest list.

Wedding Planning Notes

The Zilara/Ziva pairing solves a problem most adults-only resorts create: guests with young children stay next door at the Ziva and still attend every event. If your guest list is mixed, this is the cleanest way to keep an adults-only base without excluding anyone.

Do I need a visa to travel to the Dominican Republic?

U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require a visa to enter the Dominican Republic for tourism stays of up to 30 days. A valid passport is required at entry.

What are the passport validity requirements?

Your passport must be valid for the entire length of your stay in the Dominican Republic. We recommend at least 6 months of validity beyond your return date.

Is travel insurance required?

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. It must be bought at the time of booking or within 48 hours after your reservation. Please note that your group reservation is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and no changes can be made.

When will my e-tickets and travel documents be issued?

E-documents are typically issued 5-7 business days prior to your travel date. Once we receive the tickets, we will send them directly to the email address provided during booking.

When I make my reservation, what will appear on my credit card statement?

By completing your reservation, you are authorizing DreamWed to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as either the specific airline/supplier or DreamWed.

How do I complete my booking?

To complete your booking, simply click the "Book Now" button on the resort page and follow the instructions, or reach out to your DreamWed concierge who will process the reservation on your behalf.
