Moon Palace The Grand Cancun

Moon Palace·Mexico·2–500 guests

About the Resort

Moon Palace The Grand is the upscale section of the vast Moon Palace complex south of Cancún — more modern and more polished than the main resort, with spacious suites, enhanced dining and personalised service, while still sharing the complex's scale. That combination is why it comes up so often for large weddings: 1,300 suites absorb an enormous room block, and the event venues are sized for guest lists that most resorts simply cannot seat. It is a regular choice for South Asian and multi-day celebrations for exactly that reason.

Wedding Planning Notes

This is a scale play. If your guest list runs past what a mid-size resort can seat for a single dinner, The Grand is one of a short list of Cancún properties that can, and the room-night model means a large block unlocks meaningful event inclusions.

No, U.S. and Canadian citizens do not require a visa to enter Mexico for tourism or short-term stays of up to 180 days.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date. Many countries will not allow entry if your passport is set to expire within 6 months of your final travel day.

Is travel insurance required?

When will my e-tickets and travel documents be issued?

E-documents are typically issued 5-7 business days prior to your travel date. Once we receive the tickets, we will send them directly to the email address provided during booking.

By completing your reservation, you are authorizing DreamWed to process your payment on behalf of the chosen supplier. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as either the specific airline/supplier or DreamWed.

How do I complete my booking?

To complete your booking, simply click the "Book Now" button on the resort page and follow the instructions, or reach out to your DreamWed concierge who will process the reservation on your behalf.
