The Brief
An 80-guest South Asian wedding over three nights at Dreams Sapphire in winter 2027. The couple wanted an intimate (under 100 guests) South Asian celebration without the production scale of a Costa Mujeres mega-property. Both families wanted the traditional multi-day program — Sangeet, Mehndi, ceremony, reception — but with a more boutique resort experience and Riviera Maya's design-forward aesthetic instead of Cancún's hotel-zone scale.

Costs Beyond the Package

The Dulha & Dulhan package includes the ceremony itself, but specific premium venues — Vista del Mar and Sky Rooftop in particular — carry additional location fees layered on top of the package and per-person F&B costs. Final pricing varies by season and contract date; we surface those fees during planning so there are no surprises at signing.
